It was an absolute beautiful day for a wedding at Pheasant Run Farm in Lancaster, PA. A little on the warmer side, but when it cooled down, it was just wonderful.
I had the great honor of being a part of Mr. & Mrs. Bazar’s wedding. Jennifer and Matthew are such down-to-earth sweet people, that it was so relaxing, talking about all the details of their upcoming wedding day, over a beer. Or two!
They had their ceremony in a lovely wooded area via a delightful little bridge. It was just so peaceful and perfect for the moment at hand. The ceremony was short, sweet, and beautiful.
We headed to the cocktail hour with tunes by Jack Johnson, Dave Matthews Band, Foo Fighters, John Mayer and others.
They had lawn games out for people to enjoy; bean bag toss, ladder gold and Jenga! I was tempted to join in, but alas, I had work to do!
After the cocktail hour and introductions, we were full swing into dinner. I played a little Black Keys, Maroon 5, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Fleetwood Mac, Bruno Mars and other chill artists/tunes.
Because of the layout of the venue, I decided to place a speaker outside, because I knew it would only cool down over the course of the evening and the guests would enjoy a glass of wine or adult beverage outside while enjoying a game of ladder golf or bean bag toss, to some good tunes.
Eventually, after getting into a good groove, EVERYONE came back into the dance room and we danced the night away. That. Was. Awesome!
Congratulations to Matthew & Jennifer Bazar!
I knew you were the perfect dj for the job, thanks declan!
